Organizational Contract definition

Organizational Contract means any agreement to which the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary is a party pursuant to which, among other things, fees are paid to the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for organizational, consulting or similar services, including, without limitation, the agreements listed on Schedule A to this Indenture under the subheading "Organizational Contracts."
