Organization Schedule set forth on Exhibit D contains a complete and accurate list, for the Company and each Subsidiary, of its name, its jurisdiction of organization, other jurisdictions in which it is authorized to do business, any jurisdictions outside of the United States of America and its possessions and territories in which the Company or any of the Subsidiaries does business or has Employees, its equity interests in any other entity, and its U.S. federal tax classification status.
