Organic product means any agricultural product, in whole

Organic product means any agricultural product, in whole or in part, including meat, dairy, and beverage, that is marketed using the term organic or any derivative of organic and that is produced, handled, and processed in accordance with this chapter.

Organic product means an agricultural product, produced according to the principles of organic agricultural production, which uses specific methods on the farm holding, as well as activities involved in the further processing, packaging and labelling of a product, in compliance with the objectives, principles and rules defined in law.
