The Subscription will commence on the Order Start Date and continue for the Subscription Term.
In the event that the increase of the Service Charges takes effect within twelve (12) months of the Order Start Date, the increase will be pro-rated on the basis of the number of months that have passed since the Order Start Date.
If the order Form is executed by Customer and/or returned to FinDock by Customer after the Order Start Date, FinDock may adjust the Order Start Date and Order End Date, without increasing the Total Price, based on the date FinDock activates the products and provided that the total term does not change.

The License granted to the Customer under each Subscription Order will be effective for a period commencing on the Subscription Order Start Date and continuing until the expiration of the “Initial Period” set forth in that Subscription Order (the “Initial Period”).

PeoplesHR Support and PeoplesHR Hosting, are payable annually in advance, from the Order Start Date specified in the Order Form.
Before the Order Start Date, the Company may upon mutual agreement, start providing PeoplesHR Professional Services and/or provide Customer access to PeoplesHR Software, which will be governed by these terms.
In the case of PeoplesHR Professional Services, if no end date is specified in the Order Form, then the term for such services shall expire upon completion of the PeoplesHR Professional Services or one (01) year from the Order Start Date, whichever is earlier.
Changes do not affect Agreement already in force, which continue to incorporate the Master Terms (and Schedules) in force as at the Order Start Date.
