Order Notice definition

Order Notice has the meaning given to such term in Section 2(a).
Order Notice means a final and non-appealable award, judgment, decree or order awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction and accompanied by a letter or other written evidence from the law firm of the prevailing party certifying the finality of the award, judgment, decree or order.
Order Notice means the electronic communication by Incapital to the Company of an order to purchase Solar Bonds, as described in Section V(b).

Order Notice means written notice by one Party to the other Party of receipt of a written Order or Formal Agency Action.
Order Notice means a notice sent by the Client toQUAY FINANCIALS (GIBRALTAR) in order to place an order for a Contract. Such notice shall be made in writing, by fax, by an order routing system or by telex or registered letter or, if QUAY FINANCIALS (GIBRALTAR) agrees thereto, may be made orally.

  • Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Transfer Notice means the notice of a proposed transfer of Shares described in Section 8.

  • Cure Notice means a notice of a proposed amount to be paid on account of a Cure Claim in connection with an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease to be assumed under the Plan pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, which notice shall include: (a) procedures for objecting to proposed assumptions of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases; (b) Cure Claims to be paid in connection therewith; and (c) procedures for resolution by the Bankruptcy Court of any related disputes.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
