Examples of Order From in a sentence

  • As of the Effective Date (as defined on the applicable Order From) of any Order Form, such Order Form shall be deemed part of, and shall be subject to, these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Services shall be provided at such Authority premises and at such locations within those premises, as may be set out in the Order From or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing (“Premises and Locations”).

  • The Supplier shall comply fully with its obligations set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or the Order From, including, without limitation, the KPIs and all obligations in relation to the quality, performance characteristics, supply, delivery, installation and training in relation to the Goods and their use).

  • Additionally, CAI shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and/or any Order From immediately in the event of a Change of Control.

  • The Provider undertakes to comply with the Order From describing the equipment, components, provisions and/or services (the “Services”) negotiated between the Parties and expressing Client’s expectations with regards to the objective of this order.

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any Order From, Support Services Policy or other exhibit hereto, such conflict will be resolved in the following order: (a) any Order Form; (b) this Agreement; and (c) Support Services Policy.

  • Except as otherwise specified in a written notice sent to Customer at least 30 days prior to a renewal and only to the extent an Order From automatically renews, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s per-unit pricing for any renewal of the Subscription Term in such Order From shall not increase by more than the greater of (i) five percent (5%) per year, and (ii) the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), in each case, over the expiring Subscription Term.
