Unless otherwise indicated in a Service-specific description below or if Customer selects a term discount plan or other term commitment, the minimum term of any Order for Service issued during the Agreement Term (“Order Term”) is one month.
Contractor shall not accept any Order for Service under this Agreement that does not indicate: (1) the name and/or description of the specific Services to be provided under that Order; (2) a line-item price for each Service and the total price for all Services to be provided under that Order; and (3) specific beginning and end dates for performance under that Order.
Where a Service feature requires a choice to be made (whether by You or by agreement between Us), that choice must be made in an Order for Service (or otherwise agreed by us) to form part of the Service provided and for the provisions of this Service Schedule to apply to it (some Service features may incur additional cost).
The Parties may provide in this Agreement or in any Order for Service Costs credits to apply with respect to Provider’s failure to meet prescribed Schedule requirements, in which event the terms of such Service Costs credit provision shall apply with respect to failure to meet such Schedule requirements.

At such time as the provision of Services to Customer under an Order for Service that was subject to a security deposit is terminated, the balance of any cash deposit (not otherwise credited against any amounts owed to Supplier) will be refunded.
In the event of a Default under this Agreement or an Order for Services by a Party, the other Party may terminate this Agreement or the affected Order for Service upon thirty (30) days written notice, unless the breaching Party cures the breach during the thirty (30) day period.
Once Comcast accepts a Sales Order for Service, Comcast will invoice Customer for all Custom Installation Fee(s).
In the event Customer purchases either Fixed or Burstable Port (individually “Port Type”) Service with managed security and no physical Access component, Customer may change the Port Type to the other Port Type, at equal bandwidth by executing an Order for Service (“OFS”) (collectively “Port Type Change”).
