Order for a Minor Change in the Work definition

Order for a Minor Change in the Work means an order issued by the Project Manager adjusting the Contract Sum or extending the Contract Time as permitted by paragraph 7.4.1.
Order for a Minor Change in the Work means an order for minor changes in the Work issued by the Project Manager not involving an adjustment to the Contract Sum or extending the Contract Time as permitted by paragraph 7.4.1.

  • Changes in the Work shall be performed under applicable provisions of the Contract Documents, and the Contractor shall proceed promptly, unless otherwise provided in the Change Order, Construction Change Directive, or Order for a Minor Change in the Work.

  • Change in Use means altering the purpose of an existing room, within the facility, that requires structural changes.

  • Minor Change means an amendment of an existing authorisation that is not of a purely administrative nature and requires only a limited re-assessment of the properties or efficacy of the biocidal product or biocidal product family;

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Network Change has the meaning given to it in the Network Code;

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of breakage provisions, and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of such Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Potential Change of Control means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, or by any actual or potential bidder(s) relating to any potential Change of Control of the Issuer.

  • Change in Duty Station means moving an employee to a duty station located within 50 miles, by highway, of his current duty station.

  • Contract Term Adjustment means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:

  • Design Change is a change in work and/or materials shown in the Schedule of Items and described in Plans or specifications that has been mutually agreed to in writing or ordered by Contracting Officer. Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.

  • Nonconforming structure means a structure the size, dimension or location of which was lawful prior to the adoption, revision or amendment of a zoning ordinance, but which fails to conform to the requirements of the zoning district in which it is located by reasons of such adoption, revision or amendment.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Change of Control Effective Date means the first date during the Change of Control Period (as defined in Section 7.2) on which a Change of Control occurs. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, if a Change of Control occurs and if the Executive’s employment with the Company (or applicable affiliated company) is terminated prior to the date on which the Change of Control occurs, and if it is reasonably demonstrated by the Executive that such termination of employment (i) was at the request of a third party who has taken steps reasonably calculated to effect a Change of Control or (ii) otherwise arose in connection with or anticipation of a Change of Control, then for all purposes of this Agreement the “Change of Control Effective Date” shall mean the date immediately prior to the date of such termination of employment.

  • Major Change means: The implementation of a change that could have an effect on the security of an IT Resource or Institutional Information. The scope includes changes to architectures, processes, tools, metrics, and documentation, as well as changes to IT services and other configuration items. These include changes related to:

  • Change in Management means the failure of at least two (2) of Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, D. Xxxxx Xxxx or Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx to continue to be active on a daily basis in the management of the Borrower provided that if any such individuals shall die or become disabled the Borrower shall have sixty (60) days to retain a replacement executive of comparable experience which is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Disciplinary change in placement means a suspension or removal from a student’s current educational placement that is either:
