ORDER CONFIRMATION or/and CONTRACT means written confirmation of sale provided by the Seller to the Buyer, signed, stamped and send back by the Buyer to the Seller by digital way, containing sales conditions such as the quantity, price, description of the Goods, delivery terms, payment terms, as well as other terms, conditions, and provisions, if agreed by the Parties;
