  • Networks3 will reimburse Orckit for all of the costs and out-of-pocket expenses (including wages, travel, food and lodging disbursements, legal fees, consultants fees and the like) which Orckit and the members of the Orckit Group incurred in connection with their obligations under this Section 4.7 within thirty days of receipt by Networks3 of an itemized invoice therefor.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
