Oral Surgeon definition

Oral Surgeon means a Dentist who has successfully completed a postgraduate program in oral and maxillofacial surgery accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting body approved by the U.S. Department of Education who possess a current license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin.
Oral Surgeon means an individual who is licensed to practice dentistry in the Michigan and who holds a specialty certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery issued by the state of Michigan.
Oral Surgeon means a person who has successfully completed a postgraduate program in oral surgery accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting body approved by the U.S. Office of Education and is licensed by the Utah Department of Commerce to practice dentistry.
