Oracle Documentation definition

Oracle Documentation means the documentation and information owned or licensed by Oracle or the Oracle Affiliates to which Oracle or the Oracle Affiliates grant you access in connection with the Oracle Cloud Services.
Oracle Documentation means any and all User Guides, Getting Started Guides, Oracle Web Services Platform Guide, Oracle Web Services Record Guide, MS .NET Sample Applications, Java Sample Applications, WSDL, or other documentation provided by Oracle to Developer.

Examples of Oracle Documentation in a sentence

  • Provided that Developer at all times complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 2.3, Oracle grants to Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, limited license to use the Oracle Documentation solely to develop or modify the Developer Application or Developer Connector to interoperate with the Service.

  • For purposes of this addendum only, the Oracle Indemnified Materials and Partner Indemnified Materials are subject to and governed by the terms of Section K (Indemnification) in the agreement, and the terms “program” and “program documentation” in Section K of the agreement will include the Oracle Indemnified Materials and Oracle Documentation respectively, and the term “material” in Section K of the agreement will include the Partner Indemnified Materials.

  • Oracle’s Confidential Information includes the Service, the Oracle Documentation, the SuiteCloud Technologies, Customer Data, beta or pre-release versions of the Service, roadmap information and support cases related to the Service or the SuiteCloud Technologies, whether or not marked as confidential or proprietary.

  • For purposes of this addendum only, the terms “program” and “program documentation” in Section I of the agreement will include the Oracle Cloud Services and Oracle Documentation respectively.

  • CLIENT shall acquire no right to copy Oracle Documentation by this AGREEMENT, OPTUM will provide CLIENT one(1) electronic set of documentation in OPTUM'S standard application format.
