Optometrists definition

Optometrists means the optometrists who, as of the date of this Agreement render optometric services on the premises of the Vision Centers in states other than California.

  • Optometrist means each individually ----------- licensed doctor of optometry who is employed or otherwise retained by or associated with Practice, each of whom shall meet at all times the qualifications described in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 hereof.

  • Chiropractor means an individual licensed under Chapter 4734. of the Revised Code to practice chiropractic.

  • Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.

  • Medicine means a medicine as defined in section 1 of the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 2003 (Act No. 13 of 2003);

  • Pharmacist means an individual licensed by this state to compound and dispense drugs, prescriptions, and poisons.

  • Nail technician means any person who for compensation manicures or pedicures natural nails, or who performs artificial nail services for compensation, or any combination thereof.
