Optional Prepayment Premium means 1%.
Optional Prepayment Premium means (i) prior to the first anniversary of the Conversion Date, an amount equal to 2% of the aggregate principal amount of any Loans prepaid pursuant to Section 2.08(a), (ii) on and after the first anniversary of the Conversion Date, but prior to the second anniversary of the Conversion Date, an amount equal to 1% of the aggregate principal amount of any Loans prepaid pursuant to Section 2.08(a) and (iii) on or after the second anniversary of the Conversion Date, an amount equal to 0% of the aggregate principal amount of any Loans prepaid pursuant to Section 2.08(a).
Optional Prepayment Premium means, with respect to any Optional Prepayment Amount on any Prepayment Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Present Value, as of such Prepayment Date, of such Optional Prepayment Amount over (b) such Optional Prepayment Amount.

Examples of Optional Prepayment Premium in a sentence

  • Each prepayment of Tranche B-1 Term Loans on or prior to the first anniversary of the Amendment Effective Date shall include the Optional Prepayment Premium on such Loans, but solely to the extent that such prepayment is made with the proceeds of Indebtedness the final maturity of which is later or the interest rate of which is lower, in each case, than the Tranche B-1 Term Loans.

Optional Prepayment Premium means, with respect to Loans to be prepaid pursuant to Section 2.07(a) and/or Section 2.07(b) on a particular date, the difference, if any of (x) the Optional Prepayment Amount, minus (y) the aggregate amount of Loans to be prepaid pursuant to Section 2.07(a) and/or Section 2.07(b) on such date.
