Option Pool definition

Option Pool means the number of shares of Common Stock reserved for the grant of options under the Option Plan.
Option Pool means the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares issuable pursuant to the Option Plan as set forth in Section 8.1 below.

More Definitions of Option Pool

Option Pool has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.2.3.
