Related to Option Exercise Extension Period

Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(c).
Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).
Option Exercise Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Option Period means the period during which an Option may be exercised.
Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.
Second Extension Period means the period commencing on the day following the First Extended Scheduled Maturity Date and ending on the Second Extended Scheduled Maturity Date.
Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.
Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.
Tail Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(b).
Option Exercise Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.
New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.
Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);
Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.
Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
Extension Period has the meaning specified in Section 3.12.
Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

First Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Second Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.
Exercise Event shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(c).
