Examples of Option Delivery Date in a sentence

  • The Option Delivery Date and the Initial Delivery Date are each referred to herein as a “Delivery Date.” Payment of the purchase price for the Additional Units shall be made on the Option Delivery Date in the same manner and at the same office and time of day as the payment for the Firm Units.

  • Electronic transfer of the Additional Units shall be made to you on the Option Delivery Date in such names and in such denominations as you shall specify.
