Option C Exercise Period definition

Option C Exercise Period means from the Closing Date with respect to Option B until the earlier of (i) 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on December 31, 2008, or (ii) occurrence of an Event of Default.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
