Option B Exercise Period definition

Option B Exercise Period means from the Closing Date with respect to Option A until the earlier of (i) 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on January 5, 2009, or (ii) occurrence of an Event of Default.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.
