Option A Exercise Period definition

Option A Exercise Period means the period from the Closing Date with respect to the Development/Earn In Agreement Option II until the earlier of (i) 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on June 30, 2008, or (ii) occurrence of an Event of Default.

  • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:

  • Optioned Shares means the common shares of the Company, issuable on exercise of the Option; and

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Appreciation Right means a right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan, and shall include both Tandem Appreciation Rights and Free-Standing Appreciation Rights.
