Optimal Operability definition
Optimal Operability means the state of an item of Equipment and its Incidental Components where they function within the parameters established by the jurisdictional licensing authority for that particular Equipment, or the relevant jurisdictional safety code, or the parameters established by the Equipment’s manufacturer, whichever is greater.
