OPTB definition

OPTB means Office des Postes et Telecommunications du Benin, a public enterprise established by the Borrower’s Law No. 59.32 of December 19, 1959, and "OPTB Statutes" means the Statutes of OPTB approved by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.01 (e) of this Agreement, as such statutes may be amended from time to time;

  • In accordance with Clause 10.1.2.3 of the Agreement, O.P.T.B. hereby assigns the balance of the Pledged O.P.T.

  • OPTB shall: (a) carry on its operations and conduct its affairs in accordance with sound administrative, financial, commercial, engineering and public utility practices under the supervision of qualified and experienced management assisted by competent staff in adequate numbers; and (b) perform all its obligations under the Contrat de Programme with due diligence and efficiency.

  • The Parties agree that the amounts of Net Revenues credited to the Pledged Project Account shall be applied to repay or pay all amounts due by the Borrower in connection with the Agreement and all amounts due to Titan from O.P.T.B. in connection with the financing of the Titan Equipment.

  • OPTB shall: (a) prepare annual operating and capital expenditure budgets together with financial projections (including income statements, funds flow statements and balance sheets) covering at least the following next three fiscal years; and (b) furnish said budgets and projections to the Association for its review and comments not later than one month before the beginning of each of its fiscal years.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Cannabis means all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa Linnaeus, Cannabis indica, or Cannabis ruderalis, whether growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin, whether crude or purified, extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or resin. “Cannabis” also means the separated resin, whether crude or purified, obtained from cannabis. “Cannabis” does not include the mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination. For the purpose of this division, “cannabis” does not mean “industrial hemp” as defined by Section 11018.5 of the Health and Safety Code. Cannabis and the term “marijuana” may be used interchangeably.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Repackager means a person who repackages.
