Opt-Outs definition

Opt-Outs means all persons who timely and validly request exclusion from the Class
Opt-Outs when used as a noun, means those Retired NFL Football Players, Representative Claimants and Derivative Claimants who would otherwise have been included in the Settlement Class and who have timely and properly exercised their rights to Opt Out and therefore, after the Final Approval Date, are not Settlement Class Members.

Opt-Outs means members of the Settlement Class who have timely exercised their rights to be excluded from the Settlement Class or have otherwise obtained Court approval to exercise such rights.
