OPS System definition

OPS System means an online payment services system offered by a third party payment provider that facilitates electronic payments.

  • TRIGON agrees to undertake and complete development of the Open Provisioning Standard Implementation System (the "OPS System") (as defined in Exhibit A) in accordance with and on the schedule specified in Exhibit B.
