Opryland Hotel Florida means Borrower's ground lease and other interests in Real Property more particularly described on Exhibit C and the Improvements constructed thereon, consisting of a first-class hotel and convention center known as the "Xxxxxxx Palms", comprised of an approximately 1,400 room full service hotel, 380,000 square feet of meeting space, a 178,000 square foot exhibition hall, three full service restaurants, a spa and fitness facility and related facilities, together with all Property of Borrower now or hereafter constructed or located thereon or used in connection therewith.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.

  • Arborist means an individual engaged in the profession of arboriculture who, through experience, education, and related training, possesses the competence to provide for or supervise the management of trees and other woody plants. Must be concurrently an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist to perform any role required of a Certified Arborist.

  • Nursing home means that term as defined in section 20109 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20109.

  • Operating Lessee means, with respect to a Hotel Property, the Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor that leases such Hotel Property from a Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor that is the owner or ground lessee of such Hotel Property.

  • Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

  • SPE means (i) an entity formed for the purpose of holding, acquiring, constructing, developing or improving assets whose acquisition, construction, development or improvement will be financed by Specified SPE Debt or equity investments in such entity or (ii) an entity acquired by the Restricted Parent or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Restricted Parent whose outstanding Indebtedness is all Specified SPE Debt.
