Opposers definition
Opposers means Opposers, Salix Pharmaceuticals, LTD., Bausch Health Americas, Inc., and Bausch Health Companies Inc., together with the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives thereof, and any Person acting on their behalf.
Opposers means, collectively, Opposer FirstBank and Opposer First Bank, as defined above.
Opposers means Armando Ernesto Dollero Figueroa and Carlo Dollero Figueroa, including, without limitation, any predecessors in interest, as well as any affiliate, division or related companies (as defined by 15 U.S.C. §1127), and the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and other personnel thereof.

Opposers. Marks” shall mean, collectively, Opposer FHC’s Marks and Opposer First Bank’s Marks, as defined above.
Opposers as used herein, shall mean USA Nutraceuticals Group, Inc. and Ultra-Lab Nutrition, Inc., d/b/a Beast Sports, and predecessors-in-interest as well as all applicable subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, licensees or identities under which Opposers do business.
Opposers means and shall refer to Judge, and any employees, agents, affiliates and/or anyone acting in concert with Judge or on Judge’s behalf, and MLBPA, its employees, officers, agents, predecessors in interest, affiliates and/or anyone acting in concert with MLBPA or on MLBPA’s behalf. Affiliates shall mean any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, MLBPA or Judge. For purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including the correlative meanings of the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any entity, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities or by contract or otherwise.
