OPLI Stockholder Approval definition

OPLI Stockholder Approval means the affirmative vote (in person or by proxy) of all of the matters on the agenda of the OPLI Meeting by the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of OPLI Common Stock at the OPLI Meeting.
