OPERATOR/TECHNICIAN definition

OPERATOR/TECHNICIAN means any person who controls, operates, manages, conducts or practices body art activities at a body art establishment and who is responsible for compliance with these regulations, whether actually performing body art activities or not. The term includes technicians who work under the operator and perform body art activities.
OPERATOR/TECHNICIAN. A technician (employee or subcontractor) who, under the responsibility of the Operator, executes the required tasks to technically terminate and/or connect the Operator’s end-user on the Company network (e.g. patching in the POP).
OPERATOR/TECHNICIAN means any person who uses any pesticide as an employee of a commercial applicator.

  • Nail technician means any person who for compensation manicures or pedicures natural nails, or who performs artificial nail services for compensation, or any combination thereof.

  • Pharmacy technician or “technician” means a person who is employed in Iowa by a licensed pharmacy under the responsibility of an Iowa-licensed pharmacist to assist in the technical functions of the practice of pharmacy, and who is registered pursuant to 657—Chapter 3, and includes a certified pharmacy technician, a pharmacy technician trainee, and an uncertified pharmacy technician.

  • Screening Test Technician (STT) means anyone who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and operates an ASD.

  • Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) means an individual who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and who operates the EBT.

  • Certified pharmacy technician or “certified technician” means an individual who holds a valid current national certification and who has registered with the board as a certified pharmacy technician.
