Operator leave definition

Operator leave levels shall mean the total number of operators who can notify their unavailability for a roster. Ceiling numbers are established in response to operational demands and are updated on a weekly basis. Once ceiling levels are reached, further requests for leave may not be approved.

Examples of Operator leave in a sentence

  • In no event shall a Vehicle Operator leave a Vehicle unattended while it is occupied by any Student.

  • Should the Operator leave the Company's employ for any reason, he/she shall return the tools, or pay for their replacement.

  • This indemnity shall cease at such time as (i) Operator completes restoration of the Access Road or Drillsite or (ii) Owner elects in writing to have the Operator leave the Access Road and/or Drillsite in place.
