Operational Personal Property definition

Operational Personal Property means any tangible personal property owned by Grantor and any lien waivers, warranties, and other intangible personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever, which can be legally transferred and which is used or held for use in connection with the management and operation of the Facility, including, but not limited to, patient/resident records, employee records and other books and records used in connection with the operation of the Facility, resident and/or patient lists and records and all phone numbers and facsimile numbers used by or on behalf of Grantor in connection with the operation of the Facility.
