Operational Issue definition

Operational Issue means any error in relation to the prices, odds, results, translations, lines, naming markets or selections or other data in the system of the Supplier, only to the extent caused by an act or omission of the Supplier and/or its Affiliates or by a Software Error.
Operational Issue has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.3 hereof.
Operational Issue means an RP Operational Issue and/or a CO Operational Issue, as applicable.

  • If requested by the Client, the Supplier shall provide translations of the Sports Rules and all pre-match, live and other offerings in any of the languages supported by the Supplier from time to time, provided always that (subject to Clause ‎ 14.1) the Supplier shall not be liable for any claim, problem or issue arising as a result of any such translation being incorrect and any such claim, problem or issue will not constitute an Operational Issue.

More Definitions of Operational Issue

Operational Issue means an issue or problem perceived by one or more Parties arising out of the operation of the arrangements designed to facilitate competition in the gas industry, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not be limited to issues or problems arising out of or impacting upon this Agreement;

  • Original Issue means an issue of Securities deposited pursuant to Section 2.1 or any Substitute Securities purchased to replace any Original Issue which have become Failed Securities.
