Operational Duties definition

Operational Duties means duties associated with preparation for and conduct for a flight, including normal fuelling, refuelling, handling of passenger baggage and or cargo and cabin tidiness.
Operational Duties throughout the agreement shall mean attendange by a Country Resident Offiger in Charge at sugh matters as serious or fatal traffig aggidents, serious publig dis- order ingluding domestigs, urgent searghes, serious grimes or attendange at his or her polige station in sugh events but shall not inglude the requirement to perform routine daily tasks as- sogiated with the responsibilities of a Country Resident Of- figer in Charge.
Operational Duties throughout the award shall mean attendance by a Country Officer in Charge at such matters as serious or fatal traffic accidents, serious public disorder including domestics, urgent searches, serious crimes or attendance at his/her police station in such events but shall not include the requirement to perform routine daily tasks associated with the responsibilities of a Country Officer in Charge.

Examples of Operational Duties in a sentence

  • Extra duty pay rates shall be $33 per hour for Academic, Supervisory and Coaching, and $24 per hour for Supportive Operational Duties for the term of this Agreement.

  • Extra duty pay rates for Academic and Coaching shall be: $36.00 per hour - 2022-2023 $37.00 per hour - 2023-2024 $38.00 per hour - 2024-2025 and for Supportive Operational Duties shall be: $26.78 per hour - 2022-2023 $27.58 per hour - 2023-2024 $28.41 per hour - 2024-2025 No additional changes to the extra-curricular compensation system shall occur without the agreement of the parties pursuant to this paragraph.

  • In the event of any incident or accident, VARA may suspend a Pilot with full pay at the appropriate classification rate pending investigation of the incident or accident in accordance with clause 74 – Not Available for Operational Duties.

Related to Operational Duties

  • Material and Substantial Duties means responsibilities that are normally required to perform your Own Occupation, or any other occupation, and cannot be reasonably eliminated or modified.
