Operational Acceptance Certificate definition

Operational Acceptance Certificate means a certificate issued by the Employer to the MSI upon the Employer’s approval of the relevant Deliverable/milestone, which may be endorsed by the Employer in accordance with GCC Clause 2.10.10.3.

  • The issuance of Operational Acceptance Certificates for individual major components or Subsystems pursuant to GCC Clause 27.4.1 shall not relieve the Supplier of its obligation to obtain an Operational Acceptance Certificate for the System as an integrated whole (if so specified in the SCC for GCC Clauses 12.1 and 27.2.1) once all major components and Subsystems have been supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned.
