Operation Services means the provision of all labour, materials and services required to manage, operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with applicable Laws both prior to and during the Operating Period. Operation Services shall include the employment and furnishing of all equipment, supplies, tools, storage, transportation and other things and services of every kind whatsoever necessary for the proper, effective and cost efficient management, operation and maintenance of the Facility and all administrative, accounting, record-keeping, and similar responsibilities of every kind whatsoever incidental to such obligations. A reference to “Operation Services” shall mean “any part and all of the Operation Services” unless the context otherwise requires;

Operation Services means the services specified in Appendix 1, part I.

Examples of Operation Services in a sentence

• The Operator may subcontract the whole or substantially the whole of the Operation Services to an Affiliate or Affiliates.

• The Owner shall pay to the Operator the Operation Charge for the provision of the Operation Services as set out in Appendix 2, part II.

• The Owner shall provide all drawings, technology support, specifications, diagrams and other information that are in its possession but not in the possession of the Operator that are required for the operation and maintenance of the Plant and the performance by the Operator of the Operation Services.

• The Owner shall do all such other things that are part of the Retained Functions as the Owner determines are reasonably required for the operation and maintenance of the Plant and the performance by the Operator of the Operation Services.

• This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Parties relating to the furnishing of Operation Services by the Operator to or for the Owner at the Plant and supersedes any Pre-contractual Statement.

More Definitions of Operation Services

Operation Services means two operational fields from the following: aircraft service, passenger service, operating services for entities that are hosted in the airport, and logistic services to the operating companies of the airport.

Operation Services means the resources and services provided by Party B such as management personnel, management software, management services, etc., to carry out physical server monitoring, server working status monitoring, server working status report, and server on-rack and off-rack, and maintenance (excluding batch on-rack when entering and batch off-rack when exiting), in order to ensure the normal operation of the Hosted Servers.

Operation Services means those Services identified on Exhibit A to this Agreement as "Operation Services" and "Emergency Response Services," and as further defined in Sections 4.3(a) and (b).

Operation Services means the services in respect of the management, operation and maintenance of the Power Plant to be performed pursuant to Article 4.

Operation Services is defined in Section 2.1.

Operation Services shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1.

Operation Services means the services described in Part II of Appendix 6.
