Definition of Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Costs


Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Costs means all costs, direct and indirect, necessary to provide adequate Sewage collection and treatment on a continuing basis, to conform with all federal, state and local wastewater management requirements, and to assure optimum long term management of the System and shall include a reasonable allowance for the replacement of the equipment and appurtenances necessary to maintain the intended performance of the System.
