Operation and maintenance (O&M) manual definition

Operation and maintenance (O&M) manual means a document that outlines basic system information and maintenance procedures. It must be prepared and stamped by the design engineer and submitted to the department for approval. The final manual must include record drawings of the LOSS and other items required in WAC 246-272B-04200.
