Operation and Maintenance (O&M) definition

Operation and Maintenance (O&M) means the totality of services, materials, Components and Equipment provided by the Contractor in order to meet the requirements of this Contract.
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) means operation and maintenance of Solar Plants to be carried out by Selected Bidder;
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) means all the activities required for operation and maintenance of the street lighting system handed over to the CONCESSIONAIRE within the Project Area including, but not limited to smart feeder panels, cables/conductors, connectors, fuses, poles, pole earthing, junction box, fixtures, wires etc.

  • Reclamation may, in situations where Napa County’s actual Operation and Maintenance (O&M) costs at the Project Areas exceed Revenues and result in an Operational Deficit, enter into a Financial Assistance Agreement with Napa County to provide O&M funding of no more than fifty percent by way of a Cost Share arrangement as authorized by law.
