Operation and Maintenance Contract definition

Operation and Maintenance Contract means an agreement between an owner and a licensed operator that the operator will provide services to operate, maintain, monitor, repair, and report on the treatment system in accordance with this chapter.
Operation and Maintenance Contract means the clauses and provisions contained in the Agreement that relate to Operation and Maintenance of the Water Supply System.
Operation and Maintenance Contract means a contract signed between the Lessee and a third party that the Lessor deems qualified, the object of which is to carry out the operation and maintenance of the CGF.
