Operating Working Capital definition

Operating Working Capital means, at any date, (A) the sum of (i) Prepaid Domain Registry Fees and (ii) the amount of assets that would, in conformity with GAAP, be included within the consolidated balance sheet and the changes in which, in whole or part, would be reflected in the cash provided (or used by) operating activities within the statement of cash flows minus (B) the sum of (i) Deferred Revenue and (ii) the amount of liabilities that would, in conformity with GAAP, be included within the consolidated balance sheet and the changes in which, in whole or part, would be reflected in the cash provided (or used by) operating activities within the statement of cash flows; provided that Operating Working Capital shall be determined excluding the effects of acquisition method accounting; provided further that Operating Working Capital shall exclude any amounts at such date in respect of (x) current and deferred income taxes, (ii) Indebtedness and the interest thereon and (iii) interest income earned but not yet received.
Operating Working Capital as of any date shall mean the difference between current assets (excluding cash and investments, interest and tax accounts) and current liabilities (excluding debt, interest and tax accounts). Accrued liabilities related to restructuring charges added back for the purposes of computing EBITDA are also excluded from current liabilities to compute Operating Working Capital.
Operating Working Capital means the Operating Working Capital of the Business Entities determined as reflected in the line entitled "CR15297 Operating Working Capital" on the balance sheet report (in management format) attached hereto as Schedule 2.

  • For purposes of this Section 9.22, the Net Operating Working Capital of the Contributed Subsidiaries shall include Affiliated CFJVs, but not Unaffiliated CFJVs. For the avoidance of doubt, the incurrence of any Restructuring Indebtedness and any related cash added to a Contributed Subsidiary in accordance with Section 8.06 shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating Net Operating Working Capital, the Target Net Operating Working Capital or the Actual Net Operating Working Capital.

More Definitions of Operating Working Capital

Operating Working Capital is Boise's current assets minus current liabilities, excluding cash and short-term investments, income tax-related items, and debt.
Operating Working Capital means Trade Receivables plus Total Inventory less absolute Trade Accounts Payable as reported internally.
