Operating Services Agreement definition

Operating Services Agreement means that certain Operating and Administrative Services Agreement by and among the Company and Plains, dated March 20, 2015, as amended from time to time.

Operating Services Agreement or OSA means the operating services agreement between BPZ E&P, as Operator, and Newco, as Technical Operations Manager (as defined therein), with respect to certain operations under the JOA. Operator means BPZ E&P.
