If drawn upon, the Operating Reserve Account must be replenished from cash flow to its required minimum balance prior to distributions of Residual Cash Flow, where Residual Cash Flow is defined as above plus a) repayment of partner loans paid pursuant to the partnership agreement, and b) tax credit adjustor payments due pursuant to the partnership agreement.
