Operating Protocol definition

Operating Protocol has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a)(iii).
Operating Protocol establishes procedures for the planning, operation, control, and scheduling of energy between the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”) and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”) (collectively, the “Parties”), associated with two Long- term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service Agreements (“TSAs”) entered into by Consolidated Edison Company of New York (“ConEd”) and PJM, dated April 18, 2008, executed in connection with the rollover of contracts dated May 22, 1975 (as amended May 9, 1978) and May 8, 1978 between ConEd and Public Service Electric & Gas Company (“PSE&G”). The TSA designated Original Service Agreement No. 1874 is referred to herein as the 400 MW transaction and the TSA designated Original Service Agreement No. 1873 is referred to as the 600 MW transaction. The two contracts are referred to collectively as the “600/400 MW transactions.”
Operating Protocol has the meaning given in the Network Extension Agreement.

Examples of Operating Protocol in a sentence

  • Deviations will be accounted for with in-kind payback using the Auto Correction Factor described in Appendix 3 to this Operating Protocol.

More Definitions of Operating Protocol

Operating Protocol shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 17.2.1;
Operating Protocol means the document agreed between ComSuper and the MSB Board containing the protocols governing the day to day interaction between the parties including, but not limited to, the provision of reporting, service delivery and deadlines for meetings and the provision of information.
Operating Protocol means the operating protocol developed by the Project Company and approved by NEPCO in accordance with Article 6.5;
Operating Protocol means the Transco Operating Protocol, as the same may be amended from time to time. The Operating Protocol are attached to this Agreement at Appendix C.
Operating Protocol means the protocol governing the operation of the Treatment Facility, including all interface, coordination, and water delivery and supply policies, procedures and protocols established, adopted and revised in accordance with Section 7.6 hereof and Schedules 3, 8, 11, 13, 22 and 24 hereto. "Operation and Maintenance Manual" has the meaning specified in Section 6.3 hereof.
Operating Protocol means the operating protocol of Anooraq, as set out in Schedule 2.02(3).
Operating Protocol means the written protocol setting forth the practices and procedures which are necessary or useful in coordinating the activities of the parties during the Operation Period, including all interface, coordination, and water delivery and supply policies, procedures, plans and protocols to be established, adopted and revised in accordance with Section 11.7 (Operating Protocol), Section 12.9 (Service Coordination) and Schedule 11 (General Operations and Maintenance Requirements). “Operation and Maintenance Manual” or “O&M Manual” means the comprehensive plan and related computer programs prepared by the DBOM Contractor containing detailed standard operating and maintenance procedures and other specific instructions, policies, directives, routines, schedules and other matters relating to the Operation Services, developed and maintained as required by Section 11.6 (Operation and Maintenance Manual) and Schedule 11 (General Operations and Maintenance Requirements) solely for the delivery of services under this Service Agreement.
