Operating Profitability definition

Operating Profitability means, for any period of determination thereof, net income before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization expense and non-cash compensation expense, all as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Operating Profitability financial covenants set forth in Sections 10.A and 10.D., respectively, of the Loan Agreement for the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 1998.
