Operating Partnership Units definition

Operating Partnership Units means limited partnership units of the Operating Partnership.

Operating Partnership Units shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Operating Partnership Units

Operating Partnership Units means, collectively, the LP Class A Units, LP Class A-1 Units, LP Class B Units, LP Class C Units, LP Class D Units, LP Class E Units, LP Class P Units, LP Class P-4 Units and LP Profit Sharing Interests.

Operating Partnership Units means any class of limited partnership units representing partnership or other equity interests in the Operating Partnership.

The adjustments to Schedule 3.3(b) shall pertain only to clauses (i) to (v) of the first sentence of Section 3.3(b), and to the extent that any adjustments are made as to matters contemplated by the penultimate sentence of Section 3.3(b), Schedule 3.3(b) as to be delivered at the Closing Date, if to satisfy this Section 7.1(u), shall be determined by Buyer in its sole and absolute discretion to be satisfactory in scope and content to Buyer in all respects.

Operating Partnership Units. Each Trustor's "L.P. Units," as such term is defined in each Trustor's Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership dated July 1, 1998.
