Operating Covenant Period definition

Operating Covenant Period means the period commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on the first date Consolidated EBITDA is equal to or greater than $15,000,000.

  • Covenant Period means the period of time from the date of this Agreement to the date that is two years after the Date of Termination.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Overlap Period means any taxable year or other taxable period beginning on or before and ending after the Closing Date.
