Operating Constraints definition

Operating Constraints means: the Engineering Access Statement; the Timetable Planning Rules; and the Working Timetable and all appendices to the Working Timetable including the sectional appendices as defined in the Working Timetable and all supplements to the sectional appendices;

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Operational means that the system or sensor, at the time of the event, is active or can be activated/deactivated by the driver.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
