Operating Building definition

Operating Building means any structure, except a magazine, in which operations pertaining to manufacturing, processing, handling, loading, or assembly of space related explosives or ordnance are performed.

  • Without derogating from the foregoing, the Operating Building Contractor shall appoint a duly qualified person on its behalf to the position of safety supervisor as such is defined in the Inspection Organization Law who shall bear responsibility for safety of the works of all the Lessee's contractors.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
