Examples of Open Loop Mode in a sentence

  • In the Open Loop Mode, the Vessel shall be capable of discharging regasified LNG at an average rate of not less than ***** mmscf/d (the “Open Loop ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate”), with a pressure of ***** bar and a temperature of *****F (*****C) at the main deck isolation valve and a minimum sea water temperature of *****F (*****C).

  • If the Cure Rate of the Open Loop Mode is less than the Open Loop ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate, and Owner has paid Charterer the liquidated damages as provided in section 3.4(a), the Cure Rate of the Open Loop Mode shall become the Open Loop ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate; provided that the Open Loop ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate after adjustment shall not be less than the Test Rate for the Open Loop Mode or ***** mmscf/d, whichever is greater.

  • Open session means a meeting which is held in a place reasonably accessible to members of the public and open to all cit- izens at all times. In the case of a state governmental body, it means a meeting which is held in a building and room thereof which enables access by persons with functional limitations, as defined in s. 101.13 (1).
