Open End Contract definition

Open End Contract. - means a contract with a consultant that does not specifically identify the projects to be included under the contract scope of work. Usually, projects will be assigned under the contract on an “as needed” basis through the duration of the contract term.
Open End Contract means Quantities listed inthis Solicitation areapproximations only, based on estimates supplied by the County. It is understood and agreed that the Contract shall cover the quantities actually ordered for delivery during the term of the Contract, whether more or less than the quantities shown.
