Open Customer Contracts definition

Open Customer Contracts means all written Contracts or arrangements between a Mediasite Company and a customer of the Mediasite Business which contain deliverables that have not been satisfied in full prior to the Closing Date and are listed on Schedule 1.1(c).
Open Customer Contracts means all written contracts or other agreements between the Company and a customer of the Business which contain significant deliverables that have not been satisfied in full prior to the Closing Date and that are listed in Schedule 8.5.4. Net Inter-company Balance means the net inter-company balance of amounts due as of the Closing Date between the Seller or an affiliate of the Seller (other than Millicom and Tele2) on one side and the Company on the other side.

  • Customer Contracts means any Contracts pursuant to which the Company has provided or will provide products or services in connection with the Business.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Prepaid contract means any Contract that has terminated or been prepaid in full prior to its scheduled expiration date (including because of a Casualty Loss), other than a Defaulted Contract.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
